The other night, when I was working late at Leal, I fashionable young woman came in carrying the most beautiful cognac colored bucket bag.  Trying not to loom or sound over-excited, I asked her where she bought it.  ”It’s vintage,” she said with a glimmer of you-can’t-ever-get-a-bag-like-mine in her eyes.   I asked her what stores she likes to frequent and thus began my most recent obsession with finding the best vintage stores in Columbus.  I haven’t visited the ones she gave me yet (Kathryn’s in the Short North, a few out in the country that she didn’t know the names of.)  But I did visit a wonderful vintage/consignment boutique yesterday called Second Chance in Grandview Heights.  They just opened up a designer section of the boutique and it is absolutely beautiful.  Some of the brands I tried on were Tibi, Rachel Pally, Georgio Armani.  They also had beautiful Chanel.

I was so sad when I tried on an adorable white eyelet summer dress that was a tad too small…I will definitely visit this store often to discover their newest treasures!

Check out their website!
