A few of my favorites from Madewell right now and you can get 25% off today with the code FEAST25. Hope you all had a marvelous Thanksgiving. The “kids” took on the cooking this year and it was a success! Have a great weekend.
Last week, I got invited to check out the new Free People at Easton. Clearly, Columbus was anticipating Free People’s arrival because when I showed up to take some photos before the doors were open, there was already a line forming! The space is so beautiful. You walk in and you instantly know where you are. Free People does such a great job with their branding and keeping that branding consistent (Free People, Anthropologie, Urban Outfitters and BHLDN are all a part of Urban Outfitters Inc). Their merchandise is also wonderfully curated…I spotted a few pairs of overalls that I didn’t get a chance to try on. I ended up with a vintage-inspired serpent belt that I’m planning on wearing as a necklace, as well as the pair of gloves that I wore in yesterday’s outfit post. Definitely check out this store the next time you find yourself at Easton!
Happy Monday! With the weather being so cold this weekend, I finally got the chance to bust out this vintage coat I picked up at The Springfield Flea recently. The fur collar makes it extra toasty. I’m also loving these fingerless gloves that I got at the new Free People at Easton on Friday. They’re fleece lined, I love the pattern, and having my fingers exposed allows me to Instagram like a maniac!

Happy Friday! What do you guys have going on this weekend? This morning, I headed to the new Free People at Easton Town Center (I posted about it here). Wow, what a beautiful space! I can’t wait to show you guys more of the pictures I took. There was a line forming outside before the store even opened. I think Columbus is pretty excited about this one. Below is a shot I took and posted on Instagram right before the opening.
I’m looking forward to sleeping in this weekend after a week of jetlag from coming back from our trip to Santa Barbara. Oh, and remember how Thanksgiving snuck up on us and it’s next week? And then it’s December? It’s all happening so fast.
Anyways, here are some things to get you prepped for the weekend.
Girls is my favorite show. Ever. And it’s coming back in January for it’s third season. Will you guys be watching?
Also, I love this simple DIY project to turn your washer and dryer into pieces of art! This DIY is also renter friendly.
Words to live by below.

I got a little teary reading this post a father wrote to his daughter on her 10th birthday.
Also, did I mention that it’s supposed to be 27 degrees on Sunday? 27 degrees. Maybe I’ll wear this.
I love easy outfits that just need a few simple changes to become more polished. I was working from home yesterday while wearing this incredibly comfortable Isabel Marant Pour H&M sweatshirt and a pair of Joe’s boyfriend jeans. I fun pair of flats, bright lipstick and a cool hat are all this look needed to be taken to the next level. Perfect for running to a meeting or shoot!
